Hi guys,

On Tuesday, 11/10/2016, we will be upgrading our top-up voucher process in order to give our customers a better top-up experience. The work on this will be complete by 7am on Wednesday, 12/10/2016.

During this time, top-up voucher services will be unavailable. Customers who attempt to top using a voucher will get this error message "This service is unavailable at present, please try again later”

We apologise for any disruption this may cause, but don't worry if you need to top up - you can still use any of our other methods to top up and they will work fine.
